A+ in LIFE is a powerful and intensive experiential workshop that deals with the body, mind, spirit and emotion. This workshop introduces the teenager to the concept of loving oneself unconditionally. When you really love and accept yourself, your life will take off and flourish.

This workshop aims to provide a safe and gentle environment to nurture, guide and facilitate their growth in a holistic manner through fun, thought stimulating and creative exercises.
